1. Platform information
Star Games operates as a digital marketplace connecting independent buyers and sellers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Star Games does not own listed products nor directly perform services offered by registered sellers.
2. Definitions
- Account
- Individual registration created by a user to access platform features.
- Buyer
- A user who purchases products or services through Star Games.
- Seller
- A user authorized to publish listings and sell products or services.
- Listing
- An ad provided by a seller containing description, price, conditions, and delivery timeline.
- Order
- A transaction started after payment confirmation for a specific listing.
- Wallet
- Internal balance system used for purchases, refunds, and other authorized operations.
- Digital content
- Any virtual product sold through the platform, including accounts, currency, items, gift cards, digital keys, and similar assets.
- Digital services
- Services related to video games, including coaching, boosting, power leveling, and other services permitted by the platform.
3. Eligibility
To use Star Games, you declare that: you have legal capacity to enter contracts; you will provide truthful and up-to-date information; you will not use the platform for illegal activities; and you will comply with these Terms and all applicable policies.
Minor users may use the platform only as permitted by applicable law and under the responsibility of their legal representatives.
4. Registration and security
Each user may maintain only one primary account.
The following is prohibited: sharing accounts; selling platform accounts; lending access to third parties; using false identities; using third-party data without authorization.
The user is responsible for protecting their access credentials. All activities performed through the account will be considered the account holder's responsibility.
5. Identity verification (KYC)
Star Games may request identity verification procedures at any time. Verification may include: official photo ID; proof of ownership; proof of address; additional anti-fraud checks.
While the process is ongoing, Star Games may: suspend transactions; limit features; temporarily hold funds; request additional information.
Refusal to complete verification may result in account suspension or termination.
6. Marketplace operation
Star Games provides technology for: listing publication; payment processing; dispute system; user communication; order management; review system.
Responsibility for delivering the advertised product or service belongs exclusively to the seller responsible for the listing. Star Games acts as intermediary and technology facilitator.
7. Purchases and orders
When making a purchase, the user declares that: they fully read the listing description; understood the product or service conditions; provided correct information for order fulfillment.
After payment confirmation, the order will be processed per timelines stated by the seller. Star Games may cancel orders identified as fraudulent or posing platform risks.
8. Permitted products and services
Products and services related to the gaming market are permitted, provided they comply with: applicable law; platform policies; Star Games security rules.
Star Games may remove any listing without prior notice if risks or violations are identified.
9. Prohibited content
The following may not be sold: illegally obtained accounts; third-party personal data; malware; fraud tools; intrusion methods; copyright-protected content without authorization; illegal products or services; any content that puts users at risk.
Violation of this policy may result in permanent ban.
10. Delivery and completion
An order is considered complete when: the product is delivered as advertised; the contracted service is performed; the buyer confirms completion; or the dispute window expires without objection.
After delivery, the user must immediately verify received content. Issues must be reported through official support channels.
11. Disputes and mediation
Star Games provides an internal conflict resolution system. By using the platform, the user agrees to seek a solution through official support first before initiating external measures.
The team may review: conversations; evidence; account history; order records; available technical information. Decisions will be based on information available during review.
12. Refunds
Refunds may be granted when: the product is not delivered; the service is not performed; received content substantially differs from the description.
Digital products consumed, used, or altered may not be eligible for refund.
Refund may occur via: Star Games Wallet; original payment method; or another method defined by the support team.
13. Chargebacks and fraud
Opening improper chargebacks after proven order delivery constitutes a violation of these Terms.
In case of fraud, abusive chargeback, or suspicious activity, Star Games may: suspend accounts; hold funds; cancel withdrawals; end the commercial relationship; take appropriate administrative or legal measures.
14. Seller program
Sellers are responsible for: keeping accurate information; meeting delivery timelines; responding to customers appropriately; selling only legitimate content.
Star Games may: approve or reject applications; limit categories; suspend listings; terminate seller accounts.
15. Intellectual property
All Star Games content, including brand, logos, interface, design, code, and visual elements, is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No content may be reproduced without prior express authorization.
16. Third-party games and trademarks
Star Games has no official affiliation with developers, publishers, or rights holders of games displayed on the platform, unless expressly stated. All names, trademarks, and logos belong to their respective owners.
17. Limitation of liability
Star Games provides the platform "as available". We do not guarantee: uninterrupted availability; absence of failures; specific in-game outcomes; permanence of accounts or items on third-party platforms.
Star Games' liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the user in the specific transaction subject to the claim.
18. Suspension and termination
Star Games may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of: fraud; violation of these Terms; suspicious activity; abusive platform use; breach of internal policies.
Suspension may occur without prior notice when necessary to protect the community.
19. Changes to terms
Star Games may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect on the publication date at stargames.gg/legal/terms. Continued platform use after publication represents agreement with the new version.
20. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Venue is Rio de Janeiro/RJ for dispute resolution, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
